Oh, no! This one hurts. Bookworm is one of those places you don’t want to see struggling.
If you’ve been meaning to buy a book, maybe do it from them. Let’s help them bounce back @bookworm_Kris

Financial Year-end Gyan:
Your true customers are the ones who pay when they said they would. No reminders needed. No excuses.
We’ve learned to value reliability over order size.
Just that one client who pays on time > three who need constant follow-ups!

@raggedtag Support for women at work is important. But creating too many specialised leave buckets will backfire. In the hiring spreadsheet it becomes a risk column. #UncomfortableTruth
@kawal279 Been there. We had an employee redirect customer payments to his own account.
Caught it in no time, but trust violation stings.
Now we reconcile frequently after direct confirmation with customers on payment details!
A friend of mine is exploring a simple dishwashing help service & is trying to understand what people actually need.
He has made a very short survey (just a couple of questions) — it would really help if you could take a minute to fill it. Ty!

One big lesson that I learnt over the last few years in cashew industry:
Our buyers don’t want the cheapest option. They want the most reliable & consistent option. They’ll pay a few more bucks to never worry.
Quality + Consistency > Price
Every. Single. Time.
Here since 2010. Mostly lurking, occasionally posting random thoughts. As the new financial year approaches, one of my goals is to share my journey & learn more🤞🏻
