@UPS Henry, Still in transit???? it has been in Kentucky for 6 days! How is that in transit? I would just like to know when I’m going to get it. This is brutal!
@GoPro if you do decide to purchase from GoPro directly be prepared to wait a long time for your order. And then for them to not tell you anything about your delivery. I’m not happy at all with @GoPro it’s been one week since I purchased a new hero 13 it hasn’t shipped yet.
@GoPro Another day and you guys still can’t tell me when I’m getting my delivery. This is not a good first impression of your company! I’m not getting any answers from UPS or from GoPro.
@GoPro I just ordered the Hero 13 and it was to be delivered yesterday by UPS and now there is no delivery status. I called support and they were useless. If you are going to use the most unreliable delivery company in the world then you need to be prepared for unhappy customers.

@GoPro Order # is RW04950731 I called and they gave me the same status as I found online. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday now it doesn’t have a delivery date at all.
@Bushnell@dontbuy_ I have tried numerous times to get a hold of customer service because I had an issue with my remote on my Bushnell‘s view and have not responded to me in two months. Be aware of buying from Bushnell’s.
@Bushnell I have tried and tried to solve an issue with my new Bushnell View and the CS has been absolutely horrible. I would not recommend buying this product!
