@PlayStation Ordered Midnight black console cover for my PS5 on 14/03/22 delivered next day in wrong colour so had to return. Item arrived back at PlayStation direct on 18/03/22 still no refund. Customer service is not at all helpful!
@ps5ukalerts I got through to basket and checked out, verified with Santander app and the Argos app said failed but is showing as pending on bank account? No email notification yet!
