Five-year mortgage rates back below 6%. It wasn’t long ago they were at 1.99%. Still a massive difference especially if your mortgage is interest only. https://t.co/LLzREtukzT
House prices see biggest fall for two years, says Nationwide. 9% fall over 2 years seems optimistic to me. It’ll be interesting to see what the Bank of England does this month.. https://t.co/Qczrydd1eK
These are the #crypto price levels where this 50x-200x returns are possible. This feels like 2019 all over again, except this time I make 8 figured instead of 7 and we do it together. LFG team 🚀🚀🚀
I’ve had a quick look. Looks like it works like the fractional reserve banking system on a #blockchain. Interest rate 3.6% is cheap. This is the first #DeFi product I’ve seen that works this way..
From what I’ve read they only lend to UK companies to ensure compliance with AML and KYC. Who knows they may roll it out to foreign companies at some point..looks like they’ll be a lot of interest in this..
So if the value of #Bitcoin halves in 12 months, instead of losing £5000 I would have lost £360. I,m assuming that if the price doubled I would then have to pay of the loan to get ownership so I could then sell it to get my profit. Interesting product in #defi#crypto space.
It will be interesting to see what happens to #FTX and #BankmanFried. Something’s tells me he’s in very hot water. #cryptocurrency raised him to heady heights and now #DeFi will sink him low. #Cryptos a blessing and a curse.
@first4forexnews As long as #binance is not “lending” billions of assets to a sister company for trading purposes then we should all be ok with our #DeFi#cryptocurrency. I see that #CryptoCom have been showing their assets. All of these exchanges should.
@first4forexnews He was worth $25 billion at such a young age. Perhaps he should not have had ideas of potential owning @GoldmanSachs . You can’t put that idea out there when referring to one of the biggest Banksters and not expect to get whacked #notomentarism#Cryptocurency#DeFi
@chileentjebe@financialjuice I couldn't care less if its from russia or saudi, US etc. I trusted the gvmnt to keep my home warm and when they fail to do that then we gonna blame russia for the sanctions we imposed on them. Is that how this works?
@company251@financialjuice Step 1: Make a Brexit and leave EU
Step 2: Design a new currency
Step 3: Make Gas contracts as a neutral state and outperform every other country in EU.
$6 billion is not even that much money these days. If this figure is true then same on the world governments for this abject failure. In fact shame on them anyway because no matter the amount, it is about political will.
