@ZoetryParaiso this is hardly a boutique. More like a hot box. Service is lovely. But the concierge, check in device, customer service is terrible. At least admit you don’t have a plan.

@ZoetryParaiso this is the opposite of vacation. When the electricity is out all day and you have multiple sister resorts within driving distance that have electricity,you should maybe attempt some customer service at an allegedly luxury hotel. . @AMResorts_Corp

@GetMoona ordered your produce over a week ago for a vacation. Didn't know you only ship every 3 weeks. Willing to pay extra to overnight at this point. Bummed about customer service. Small companies are usually more accommodating
