✅ 25m left arm UNCO, 25m breathing R, 25m right arm UNCO, 25m breathing L

The Fist Drill to develop the catch and pull through.
✅ Lightly clench the fists
✅ Focus on using the forearm for the pull through
✅ Use a pull buoy
N.B We do recommend using the PT paddle and arm paddles to reduce tension in the forearm. #swimtechnique

Try Sink Down Drills
1️⃣ Go to the deep end
2️⃣ Exhale through either your mouth of nose to sink
3️⃣ Repeat 4 times until you feel relaxed in the water
4️⃣ Swim 100m of easy freestyle
