@Brian_Kelly19 My son was a hockey player since age 6 - well before lacrosse. His sidearm shot (played attack) was crazy fast but inaccurate. Youth coaches, rather than working on his accuracy, just kept yelling at him to shoot overhand. He switched to D/LSM.
