@ForzaSooners@slmandel We’re talking about a conference that hasn’t even made the Finals in three consecutive seasons whine and complain about life not being fair. It’s what you talk about when you can’t talk about winning.
@PuntandRally Yes, it would kill the SEC, but it would not kill CFB. B1G, B12, ACC and G6 would all move on. Top players that SEC is used to getting would move away from them and towards conferences that compete for a true national championship. Breaking away is nonsense.
@evertonblue76 Not about the # teams, it’s about price. Thought of making the car ride down this morning, but FIFA closed the secondary market to keep prices elevated. They’re holding thousands of unsold tickets in the lower sections.
@ClayTravis Budget issues and buying low, selling high. Just proves there is a ready and willing market to bid on an expanded CFP that in its current form is vastly undervalued.
@fbscout_florida Kirby Smart has not won a big game since the NIL era began. Outcoached by Freeman, Deboer and Goulding in consecutive seasons. When you can’t stack each position w/5⭐️ ‘s and three deep, your coaching flaws get exposed.
@slmandel@bkoo They’ll go to P4 10th game. Expect it to be a B1G/SEC season challenge series. Part of the negotiation to get to 24 teams in the playoff. #CFBTV$$
@DaveStott34952@JoshPateCFB What’s your point? Pate’s a paid contributor at ESPN which has mobilized their entire workforce to bash the 24 Team playoff 24/7. This is really about Pate getting his a*# handed to him debating Clay face to face.
@Kyle16307996859@MichaelWBratton@MattHayesCFB SEC AD’s and Coaches are on board because more appearances mean more $ to keep their athletic departments afloat. Sankey will ultimately do what they tell him to do and not what ESPN wants.
