@Ocado Our order cancelled yesterday. Card provider says declined because "RETAILER IS NOT PROCESSING THE TRANSACTION IN LINE WITH INDUSTRY REGULATIONS" V. annoying to have big Mother's Day shop cancelled at last minute when not our fault (as predicted when I spoke to you).

@ADixonMusic Can you list your fave solo B sides and deep album cuts? You mention them in passing but it would be good to see a list (or 4 x vids discussing) to encourage (re)listening. I enjoyed your album ranking vids but this would be individual songs (not necessarily ranked).

@ITVXhelp When I cast from my android phone to Chromecast, I cannot skip or use the seek bar. I have to stop casting to get the skip options back. Is this an error? If so, will it be fixed soon? If not, will it be improved? Thanks.

@ITVXhelp Thanks. NB: The irony is that if we were using free accounts, we could at least use one each, but we have paid for premium option, so obvs - legitimately - want to share the account. So this discourages use of the paid-for service.

@ITVXhelp Is it possible to have multiple lists of programmes? My wife and I would like list each plus shared viewing and would prefer even more. Also, list appears to be limited to 20 programmes. Also, please give option to turn off the noise when the app opens! Thanks.

@HMRCcustomers My wife was registered self-employed but no longer works. She has told you 3 times using online form, gets a brief confirmation flash but no email confirmation. Now keeps getting reminders to fill in a return, so concerned you have not updated info. What should she do? Thanks.
