@pureelectric_uk terrible customer service- my boyfriend bought an electric bike and it has broken and are charging £30 for a box to send it back to be fixed despite it still being under warranty. Bought from a store which has now closed, so never got a box!!

@virginmedia Yes I have seen that guidance. But there is still nothing you can do with that guidance. I have tried to email, and chat online but no one responds. Is there a form I can just fill in? It’s getting very frustrating. If not I’ll just cancel.

@Halfords_uk cancelled my order almost a month ago,because the helmet I ordered was not in stock, although the website said it was & I still haven’t got the refund.Rang head office 5xs, but nobody answers or rings back and local store said they can’t help me!Really bad service :(

@HMRCcustomers randomly been put on to ‘basic rate’ tax and was on the phone for 40 mins on hold, until it suddenly said ‘sorry we cannot take your call’ and hung up. I understand you’re busy but waiting that long and then being cut off isn’t good enough :(
