大腿の外側スタディ（再掲）

これは真面目な話なのですが、
読んだ本の日本人の体脂肪のデータによれば、女性の太ももの皮下脂肪は正面より背面の方が厚く蓄積する傾向がある。またバストサイズと太ももの皮下脂肪厚はデータ上では負の相関になっています（バストCカップ群よりAカップ群の方が太ももの皮下脂肪が厚い）。
そして男性の大腿は女性に比べて皮下脂肪が圧倒的に少なく、正面と背面の脂肪厚に優位な差はないとのこと。
（※これは平均値なので、当然例外データもある）

つまり「女性のニーハイは背面の方が強く食い込む」し「男の娘キャラのニーハイの食い込みは女性より少なく前後で差がない」ことが導かれます。（※繰り返しになるが、例外はある）

データからは上記のように考えられましたが、現実はどうなんでしょうか。実際のニーハイの脚を並べて見ることはできないのですが、参考になる写真があれば比較分析してみたい。
