I can’t have it and that my parcel is to be delivered today which is no good for me as I am now away for a week! Hence why I paid for next day delivery! Now told I have to wait for a week to declare parcel as missing 😖

@hmunitedkingdom 1/2 just had THE most infuriating conversation with your customer service department. I ordered for next day delivery, paid the excess delivery charge and received an email to say it would be there the next day. It did not arrive, so rang to ask for refund
