On November 13, the McKinney ISD Board of Trustees adopted the 2024-25 academic calendar. This calendar includes an August 8 start date. The 2024-25 school year will end on May 22, 2025.

School Choice sounds great. But private schools are not required to provide transportation or many other services.
Tell your representatives to vote NO for any vouchers or educational savings accounts! Tell them to increase the basic allotment for students & increase teacher pay.
