@HalifaxBank apparently my 14 year old son needs to consent to my doing this and answer questions to verify himself for an account I set up and had to consent to him having providing a copy of HIS and MY passport!! I just wanted to report him not receiving the card and pin

The account was set up online in the name of Kayson Konnie Constantine. Letter so far have been addressed to KK Constantine. I went into a branch on the 14th August 2023 to provide my sons identification and my own.
@HalifaxBank I was given a piece of paper by a member of staff with an account number and sort code. I was told to contact Halifax if the card and pin wasn’t received by 21.08.23. I simply tried to report it as not received today!
@HalifaxBank reporting this complaint is painful so far I have provided my details TWICE and my Surname is being repeatedly misspelled and my postcode misquoted! Nice work Halifax!!!! Painful experience!
@HalifaxBank kids saver account!!! But you can’t verify me!!! Let’s be clear I’m not asking to access my sons “new” zero balance account which he hasn’t had any access to!!! I am trying to report that he hasn’t received his card or pin which I was told to do by a member of staff!
@HalifaxBank then… whilst logging a complaint for the ridiculousness of this situation… and the fact that my own account has a savings account attached to it in my sons name, I have to provide all my details which give you access to my account and my sons
@HalifaxBank so a child needs a parents consent to open an current account. But a parent then can’t report that the card and pin for the child’s account hasn’t arrived!! You need my passport to open the account but then tell me you can’t verify who I am!
@TheRangeUK it’s now taken a week various emails numerous phone calls and still no resolution! I’ve received the wrong item through no fault of my own and your staff aren’t resolving this issue!
@NHSBSA_OHS I applied for a card for myself & my son. The application was successful my card arrived but I haven’t heard anything about my sons. How can I get help?
@edfenergy The account holder has been trying to contact EDF Donna!! This is the issue we have had two different reasons to contact EDF and both issues have been dismissed and remaining outstanding. I’ve even had a member of your staff put the phone down on me! This is unacceptable
@edfenergy contacted EDF twice in the last week for my 73 old mother! Terrible experience!! Today I just wanted to ask how I could have last months support scheme voucher reissued as it hasn’t been received only to have a member of staff put the phone down on me! Who can help me?
@edf really disappointed with the service we have been receiving and how difficult you are making it to discuss and resolve the simplest of issues!! It is really not acceptable
@currys what’s the point of having a Care & Repair plan if your engineers make the fault worse or result in flooding your kitchen!! I’ve called 5 times today as my call last week was totally ignored! i now have a washing machine I cannot use!

@BandQ@bandq_help I agreed to drive to different branches where stock was available! This wasn’t possible! I was offered a replacement item in a completely different colour??? And then “asked” for suggestions! Disgusted B&Q online stock was showing over 13 items!!
@BandQ@bandq_help absolutely disgusted. Placed an online order only to be called and told my order isn’t available “they can’t find the stock”. I have since spent almost an hour trying to resolve issue as a refund will take 3-5 days!
