Partially the fault of the fan base IMO. People made such an uproar about Lightning being a woman lead when they made FFXIII that SE reacted by making FFXV a sausage fest to avoid a similar reaction. If people could be normal about women in games it would have been different

You know it’s still crazy to me how Lunafreya, being FF15’s main heroine, only has about 15 minutes of screen-time in a roughly 20+ hour game. A majority of which being in one chapter where she’s then killed off. Then her DLC was cancelled on top of that—

@the_moral_abc If I'm exhausted as in "I literally can't keep my eyes open" I just go to sleep even if it's much earlier than normal. Usually that means that evening is unsalvageable but I'll feel more rested the next day and take care of what needs to be done.

I think it's interesting that men in MMOs regularly play as women because "If I have to stare at someone's backside all game it might as well be a chick," but the guys who play any other kind of game freak out if they have to play as a woman.
