Awesome trip to visit Sonoma State and Dominican University. At SSU, our dynamic campus tour guide was my former elementary art student and with whom I helped through the college process. Love to reconnect with my students and see what beautiful & wonderful adults they’ve become!

Toured UCLA yesterday & so happy to meet up with a former student and APAPA intern, who is currently attending UCLA! She gave me an insider’s look on being a student there. Catching up and reconnecting with students is definitely a very favorite part of my job! ❤️

I was blown away by the product pitches! Not only did the students use research, presentation, creativity and collaboration skills for their projects, but they had a lot of fun and I certainly did too (made a deal as a Shark!). Thank you Mrs. Wright & 5th grade Bulldogs! @SRVUSD1
