I don't understand how the company has time to set up another company (https://t.co/qDVgi88edY) outside the public company and apply for a 85 mil tax exempt Mississippi bond...but can't file a 10-Q on time. Hope unanticipated reasons for the delay don't include non-SNPW business.
Does this make sense? 2 years ago - "Sun Pacific Holding Corp. has selected “JA Solar” to supply solar panels and “Sungrow” to supply transformers for its Solar Farm Project in Durango Mexico." Why not the patented NMG solar panels?

Someone asked me if CEO's new startup and MedRecycler competitor, MSW Recycler Inc., (https://t.co/qDVgi7QCPo) will be mentioned in this months 3rd quarter 10-Q. Anyone care to take a guess? It's all public information. Public may be forced to find these things out on their own.
At least MSW Recycler has a new address instead of the same address as MedRecycler. Nobody invited that #SNPW and MedRecycler competitor to show up late and empty-handed.
#SNPW 10-Q coming soon. It's been 35 days since Q3 ended September 30th. Looking for the mention of #MSWRecycler conflicting investment/ownership by the CEO. Especially, since it conveniently didn't get a mention in the Q2 10-Q filing on August 23rd.

Any update on the shareholder conference call promised for 1st Quarter 2021?
Any update on the "shovel-ready" project in Durango, Mexico due to break ground by December 31st.
Any update on those 2 new states identified for MedRecycler relocation after RI permit denial?
59 DAYS - COUNTDOWN for remaining days in 2021 to break ground in the "shovel ready" Durango, Mexico for the development of a 50MW solar farm.

Better odds at a casino after no conference call update for 7+ months, since promised in Q1 2021...then recent Q-10 filing stating the company is "insolvent" and there's a "high risk of being forced to file for bankruptcy if they fail to meet their capital requirements in 2021."
Great Reuters article from July 2021 covering the ongoing dioxins concerns and companies struggling when relying on Pyrolysis technology. Just one point of view. https://t.co/pLKNdANzk2
Is this where MedMaster evolved from? If so, could be quite a bit of competition over the road soon... if not already. Also sensing the name could be a copyright issue based on personal research and due diligence.
