@AmericanAir horrible airline. Travel credit from a cancelled reservation is not visible online, have to call customer service, they quote a price, then after applying the credit the ticket is magically repriced to a more expensive fare. I wish CLT had more options!

@AmericanAir your sign makers know more about running an airline. These are 2 separate lines; don’t jam them together like you do in CLT. Now I’m a Check-in customer, transformed to need customer service because you made our family miss Day 1 of vacation.
