@ParallelsCares Spctl kext-consent status $c6364ACXT shows it is already enable. I went into the hardware section, advanced and selected the Apple Hypervisor until this bug is fixed.

@ParallelsCares Updated Parallels to 16.1.2 (49151) on Big Sur 11.1. I followed the steps for Systems Privacy. Clicking Details shows Parallels greyed out and updated. When I reboot and restart, I am presented with resetting Privacy.

Spctl kext-consent status 4C6364ACXT shows: “Kernel Extension User Consent: ENABLED”. To get things working I have selected the Apple Hypervisor within the Advanced settings of each virtual machine until this bug is fixed.
