WHY IT'S SERIOUS

• 4.5M ZEC (~$2.6B at pre-drop price) sitting in Orchard
Undetected for 4 years including under scrutiny from the world's best cryptographers.

• Cryptographically impossible to prove the bug wasn't exploited before the fix. The same privacy guarantee that protects users is what makes supply integrity unauditable.
