- Providing the best logistics solution to the customers based on the shipment orders.
- Providing air space bookings to clients.
- Assist sales team to manage their customers enquiries.
- Ensure to meet customer requirement/dateline's.

- Attend email timely to customer.
- Update shipment status to client on daily basis.
