I’m disappointed in Airbnbs customer service. I’ve been using them for 10+ years and after having a terrible experience with a host, I reached out to customer service for support and they refuse to refund me my original payment amount. This is a holiday weekend for the family I’m with my mom and instead of taking the opportunity to make sure we as loyal customers are taken care of they decided to penny pinch, and left us stranded and scrambling.
