This little café in the south of France is where I build.☕️
No VC meetings. No pitch decks. No hustle porn.
Just me, a coffee, and products I'm quietly building.
I'm not chasing billions💰
I'm not trying to be the next big thing.
I just refuse to spend my life building someone else's dream.
Freedom is the only metric that matters to me!
@heyNivesh you’re right. full automation can backfire, causing costly mistakes and driving clients away fast. Users should always stay in control with automation acting as an assistant not a replacement
Hey founders 👋
I’m looking to connect with builders working on:
🍽️ SaaS
🚀 Tech products
🤖 AI tools & agents
⚙️ Automation workflows
📱 Product & app development
💻 Web apps & engineering
What are you building right now this week?
Drop your project below 👇 & let’s connect
@heyNivesh nice idea! have you thought about adding an AI-powered collections assistant that automatically follows up on overdue invoices and handles routine client responses?
@mindinpanic that’s a cool project 😊
it brings back memories from college. for an internship, i was asked to choose and build a project so the team could evaluate my technical skills
Most SaaS founders are building too many features.
A better strategy:
Build one feature and make it 10x better than competitors.
Then let user feedback decide what comes next.
I’d argue 80% of SaaS features are built for the founder’s ego, not the user’s needs.
Agree or disagree?
Every builder has that one thing that makes them impossible to stop.
Not the TAM. Not the funding. Not the roadmap.
The why that hits you in the gut when you think about giving up.
Mine? Freedom. Building something that’s mine, not someone else’s vision, not someone else’s roadmap.
What’s yours? 👇
Two things that shape my builder mindset:
Daily habits:
🥩 Eat clean, high-protein meals
🏋️ Hit the gym 4–5x/week
🧠 Think, learn, and constantly brainstorm
When an idea sticks:
🔍 First: research the market & feasibility
📊 Define how it could actually reach users (distribution, marketing)
🌐 If it still makes sense → secure the domain (Namecheap)
💻 Then start building
Not every project makes it to launch. Some get dropped along the way.
But the goal is consistency, learning, and momentum.
You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take. 🚀
What fuels your builder routine?
