@EmilyAPaschall Admin needs to verbally tell 1st year teachers (& all their staff) that teaching is NOT THEIR TOP PRIORITY. It is just a career. Your health, your family, your life comes first. They need to be supportive when life happens & comes before teaching. They need to remind them often.
