Mason fell asleep at like 9:30 so I did the best thing I could think of and put on Frozen II. It was great. I regret nothing. The songs, the story, Olaf being Olaf, Disney did it again. 10/10 recommend.

Shame on @SandalsResorts for not allowing customers to change/cancel existing bookings any other way besides phones. Have been trying to get through for 4 days straight that way and can’t. Even called at 2 AM to find they had closed (advertise as 24/7).

@angelinamtvjs Even if they call you back be prepared they will not offer you a dime if you are outside of the 14 day window. I tried calling before my 14 days hit but could not get through and today was told sorry you’re within the 14 days now so no partial refund or full refund.

Update: finally got a call back! I was informed if I cancelled I would lose all of our money because it was less than 14 days before my trip. When I began calling I was outside that window. I also was told in the chat that if I got through after that date they would extend it.

The amount of crazy brides I’ve read about over the past 6 months that are expecting free labor because “the wedding gives you exposure” is unreal. Pay people for their work!! No photographer, caterer, band, or makeup/hair artist needs your exposure. You’re not Beyoncé!

@joshuarmcgee I just said this. Franks needs to mature a bit. He’s not as good as he thinks he is. He reacts to the crowd too much, he freaks out and makes stupid choices. Our defense is at least redeeming themselves with all of these sacks.
