real. thatโs why iโm selective with who i associate myself with. ayoko sa madalas negative ang perspective sa mga bagay-bagay. aside sa draining, nakakahawa siya pag hindi ka firm sa sarili mong perspective and stances sa life.
romanticize your life, take pretty pictures, feel like the main character, light up a candle, read books, go for a walk, dance to your favorite music, buy yourself presents, do whatever you want, be happy - this is your life, don't let anyone take it from you
we only get to do this one time, so experience and do everything you can while you have the chance. your entire life shouldn't hinge on whether something goes the way you want, cause i think, โlife will give you what you need if you're willing to listen.โ so experience things. take the trip. tell people you love them. try things even if you might fail. stop acting like life is something you can save for later. let me remind you some of the best moments in your life probably wonโt happen the way you planned them. and it is not the length of life, but the depth of life.
life is what happens when youโre busy making other plans. life has a weird way of giving you what you need instead of what you thought you wanted. not everything has to go perfectly for your life to still become something beautiful. some endings are actually redirections. some delays are saving you from the wrong things. and some of the things that hurt you the most end up teaching you the lessons that change your whole life. stop putting so much pressure on everything working out exactly how you imagined. just live man. be present, take some risks and make memories. cause in the end, we only regret the chances we didnโt take.
I once read something that said, "I hope when the world becomes heavy, you think of me the way tired people think of home." And somehow, that line stayed with me. May we become that kind of person for someone, and may we find that kind of home in another person, too.
