Teaching is hard, but the impact is clear. This brought me to tears in the middle of the school day (and again when I read it today). I guess my kiddo from last year knew I needed the reminder. Of course I wrote her back💙 thank you @FlorenceMineo for passing it on
What an epic first week of 4th grade! Check out our Dragonflies building relationships, exploring our classroom, and rocking hula hooping! I’m so proud of them and all the ways they’ve SOARED in week one! #4thgrade#ddmes
Lots of tears were shed today after my move was announced. My biggest take aways from this year are 1. I learned A LOT! 2. I really love these kiddos, so much so that I sobbed with them. That said, my gray hairs & I are hopeful this year will be the hardest of them all. 🥺
The teacher gods are on my side today! Today we had our HIGHEST attendance record yet (18 out of 20), and EVERY student participated in our lesson!! I was feeling down and my kiddos came through. 😩🥰🙌 #muchneeded
Thank you Ms. @sydneyschupp for volunteering in our class this whole year! So grateful to have had you volunteer these past 2 years in my room! I know you will be a great teacher. Students miss you already! 😁 #wolfpackrepresent@NCStateCED @YatesMillES
