My boundaries have been challenged since a young age. From slap-Ass Friday to unsolicited touches of my body, when it came to being assaulted, the silence had already set in. I had already been programmed to just go along with it. My no’s were taken as a challenge, not denial.

It is time to peel back the layer and get to the root causes of these traumas. I’ll let you know that it is no coincidence that abuse has become a norm.
