@JustEatUK This is getting frustrating, I order regularly via Just Eat and rarely complain yet when issues arise, your customer service NEVER wants to help.

I’ve received food that isn’t what I ordered, yet your customer service via email claims it’s “correct” to deny a refund.

@gopuff Customer service are a bunch of liars, requested a refund after my groceries were CRUSHED because for some reason they decided to squeeze everything into 1 bag! Yet there’s no refund request for the order apparently? So disappointed!

@TowerHamletsNow Why are you still ignoring my message? My drains are completely blocked but your agent decided it’s a 20 day repair despite your own policy saying it would be an EMERGENCY. I’m filing a complaint, absolutely shocking and disgusting lack of care for residents.
