The brutality surrounding Hamidreza Rajabzadeh’s death is almost impossible to process. Accounts and images circulated around his killing that his body was mutilated and his heart torn from his chest. He was a maddah, a voice of mourning, and now his own name has become part of the grief Iran carries.
January 8 and 9 erupted after Reza Pahlavi’s calls for nationwide action, amid some of the bloodiest unrest Iran has experienced in decades. Streets burned, families were shattered, and Iranian lives became pieces in a political struggle fought by people promising them “freedom.”
For anyone selling the return of the Pahlavi crown as a clean path to liberation, remember Hamidreza Rajabzadeh and the countless innocents swallowed by that violence. Iranian blood cannot become collateral for some dictators political restoration. No crown is worth a mutilated body. No slogan is worth a grieving family.
Say his name: Hamidreza Rajabzadeh.

Today, the Great Satan has once again revealed its true, unmasked face, so that this dark episode of criminality and broken promises serves as yet another indisputable testament to the US’s dishonesty, irrationality, unreliability, and malicious nature.
I offer my condolences to the entire Iranian nation and the Islamic Ummah on these days of mourning for the Household of God (pbut), and for the martyrdom of Tharallah, Imam Hussain, peace and blessings be upon him and his pure family, and his loyal companions.
