she’s trying to heal while trying to grieve while trying to forgive while trying to let go while trying to love while trying to be loved… that’s a lot for one woman’s soul
Blaming someone's reaction instead of your behavior is emotional manipulation.
It's a tactic that turns accountability into a distraction, where the harm gets ignored and the focus shifts to controlling how the other person expresses their pain.
My therapist told me that a woman who's hyper independent usually became that way because no one ever showed urgency for her, so she learned to stop waiting and do everything on her own.
Everyone is slowly dying inside :(
- Some stopped taking photos.
- Some lost interest in new clothes.
- Some hate love now.
- Some got used to loneliness.
- Some stopped meeting friends.
- Some stopped comparing.
Some just accepted what they couldn’t achieve.
The same people who once dreamed big are now just pushing through days.
Check on your people. Not everyone is okay.
No one actually likes you when you're depressed. Plain and simple. We can talk all day about mental health and how important it is, but the moment you are depressed, people start to distance themselves. They see you as negative, a burden, and someone too heavy to handle.
That feeling when you don’t even know what you’re feeling anymore. Not sad, not fine, not angry, just floating, numb. Overstimulated, confused, exhausted, all at once.
