Pathetic service since I got the jio airfibre connection I am facing the issue of frequent disconnection of my office system and many complaints raised most of the time they close it at their end without resolving
@OlaElectric@bhash My scooter is standing in service centre for battery replacement more than a month & they don't have battery for such a long period but for selling they have everything. Money is everything for OLA customer chahe bhad me jaye they don't care.

@OlaElectric@bhash atleast share what progress have you done for more than on month so far ? asked more than 200 times but did not get any response ? Please let me know how much more I need to wait??

@OlaElectric@bhash last one month I am asking same question again and again when my scooter will be repaired but no reply received about the date only acknowledge is sufficient rather than working on the issues? Since one month only acknowledge I have received.
@OlaElectric@bhash it's almost a month and still my scooter is standing in service centre waiting for battery and OLA have batteries shortage because they using their batteries in selling only. I need my scooter back asap no more reply working on top priority response
@OlaElectric@bhash my scooter is standing service station for almost a month no progress so far I am getting in debt daily more than 500 rupees as I was totally dependent on my ola scooter but OLA back step never ever rely on OLA after sales service is worst very worst
@bhash Bhavesh even you are not listening to the customer I have sending you message with huge expectation that you will at least listen but if you will not listen therefore OLA support team is giving false response and customers are suffering worst after sale service.
