MEXC just liquidated my ETH position and effectively took ~$7,500 from me — then refused to compensate me.

Their own support admitted my liquidation price was $2,752.13, while my position was taken over at
my real liquidation price and took my position like it was 2763.12 but this price was never touched on any exchange

I’m asking one simple question:

WHERE DID THE $7,500 GO?

🚨 MEXC LIQUIDATION CASE — ~$7,500 DISPUTE

I was liquidated on an ETH_USDT position at 200x leverage.

MEXC says my liquidation price was $2,752.13.

At the time, ETH was trading around $2,752–$2,755 and the market was relatively calm.

But MEXC then took over 645.23 ETH at $2,763.12 — more than $10 above the liquidation price.

The crazy part? MEXC itself says $2,763.12 was an internal “bankruptcy/takeover price” that did not appear on the K-line.

This resulted in roughly $7,500 of disputed losses.

I understand exchanges may need a buffer during extreme volatility.

But you can’t simply use a price the market never touched and make the customer absorb the difference without clearly explaining how that price was determined.

I asked MEXC for the calculation and a refund.

They refused.

So my question is simple:

Where did my ~$7,500 go, and how exactly was $2,763.12 determined?
