我每天就干这事：刷探索页1-2小时，专门盯高浏览+低评论的“金矿帖”，多停留几秒让算法懂我喜好，后续推荐源源不断喂我这种内容。

就这样，浏览量像开了挂一样飙升，合规、零风险、纯靠眼睛和手指
