💬: and after that you came to korea with your dog layla. how’s she doing?

#JAKE: i have a lot of videos of her on my phone from when we were in australia. she’s definitely put on some weight. she was really skinny back then, but now she’s gained a lot of weight, but she’s still healthy. (laughs) it must’ve been hard on her, flying over from australia, but she’s adjusted well and living a happy life.

🦮: my dog layla is a cream border collie, she’s brown and cream. i wish they (jakey enchin) look like her, including the facial features. i’d like if the corner of the lips is curled up a little

remember when jake shared the story of how they got layla 🥹

#jake: when we first got layla, it was something that was decided at once. my mom’s friend, i’m not really sure the relation but someone we knew had to move but the place was in new zealand and that person had a lot of dogs and unfortunately they couldn’t bring all the dogs. so they wanted to give layla to a good person.
#jake: i still remember that person as ive mentioned before he left it on a post it, layla’s name, how old she was, it was written in english. there was this once sentence it said “please play this song layla by eric clapton to layla.” eric clapton had a popular song called layla, he really wanted us to let layla hear that song so it left a deep impression on me.
