I heard the Spirit of the Lord say,
“I am breaking open the ancient wells. I am releasing the sound of the abundance of rain. For too long you have listened to the report of the enemy, the report of lack, the report of sickness, the report of delay. But I say to you this day: My report shall be the final word!

I am the God who calls things that are not as though they were. I am the One who speaks light into darkness, who breathes life into dry bones, who commands the storm to be still. And I am speaking over you now:

Shake off the dust. Put on your garments of strength.

For I have not given you a spirit of timidity, but of power. The same power that raised Christ from the dead now dwells in you. The same fire that burned in the bush now burns in your bones. The same glory that filled the temple now fills your vessel.

I am releasing a fresh anointing: the oil of gladness, the oil of healing, the oil of breakthrough.

It is not a distant anointing. It is not a reserved anointing. It is upon you now.

For I have seen your waiting, your long nights, your silent tears. I have heard the cry of the waterless place, the place where the brook dried up, where the well ran empty, where the promise seemed buried. But I am the God who opens the heavens over dry ground.

The shift has come. The bands of wickedness are loosed. The heavy load is lifted. I am restoring your youth like the eagle's; you shall run and not grow weary, you shall walk and not faint. For I have not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. The terror you felt from the enemy? I am turning it back upon him. I am the Terror of your enemies. I am sending you into the darkest places, and My glory shall terrify the works of the enemy.

Every curse spoken against you, every word from the occult, every assignment of witchcraft, every generational bond of alcoholism, addiction, poverty, and sickness falls to the ground.

I am restoring double for your shame. Double for your loss. Double for the years the locust has eaten. The waterless pit becomes a fountain that never runs dry. The river of living water is rising, deep calls to deep, and you will dance in the river of My presence.

I am releasing the breaker anointing upon you now!

The walls that have stood for generations are coming down. The chains that have bound your family are snapping. The poverty that has been your inheritance is being replaced with the wealth of the nations. For I am the Lord your provider, and I open the windows of heaven.

Now, open your mouth. Open your hands. Open your heart.

Receive what I am releasing. For I am doing a new thing: it springs forth now. Do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.

This is your moment. This is your hour. This is my power upon you.

Go forth and possess your inheritance.
