@RealHousewifeMi 1/2 I live in Washinton State. We'll say general Seattle area. So, we have a major energy supplier here called PSE(Puget Sound Energy). While nowhere near as hideous as DTE seems to be, they are pretty shifty in their own rights. "Estimating" your bill, so on.
