The most important skill for software engineers?

Clear communication!

- 𝗢𝗿𝗮𝗹 to share a plan on standups, explain delays or brainstorm/work out a complex problem as a team

It means changes and extra steps but it will bring:

How do I use it?

To deliver better digital solutions, we need to foster good relationships and a common understanding between #UX/UI designers and #developers.

As a #CTO, I've always wanted to have the best tech, the most secure and scalable solutions.

However, end-users don't care about the backend, it just needs to work!

My consideration of UX when making tech decisions leads to better outcomes for everyone.

Three key questions to ask before producing anything in the #digital space:

1) How it will be used?

2) What is the business goal behind it?

3) Why did we ask to build that feature in the first place?

Understand the actual value of the task to increase the chance of success

To progress as a #SoftwareEngineer, you need to do more than write code. You should focus on:

You need a content strategy and trained writers, otherwise, no tech can save you!

Website search is a never-ending project, and on most websites, it just does not work very well!

After analysing hundreds of sites, I have noticed different levels of maturity:
