As far as i’m concerned, Neche started this hate train on Sheba then Tram continued, just cos Sheba didn’t pick him once, he assasinated her character completely. Sheba did absolutely nothing to Neche, she went about the house creating a hate train on Sheba but never had the balls to confront her.

Tram begging for loyalty went about the house and also to the audience saying worst about Sheba.
