Good to know all is mostly well for you - it is here too, it is most strange not having a family member in crisis - that was non stop for the last few years - but suddenly - nothing. It is very lovely and we both keep laughing about how free it feels - very unused to it. xxx

@FionaFelix2 hate sleeping clothed - hate getting tangled in fabrics, stops me sleeping. Only sleep with pants and t-shirt on when absolutely necessary, on retreat in communal room - over 50 yrs never once thought need to change it. Plus we love our naked snuggles at night even into old age
