Rhode Island State Rep. Enrique Sanchez threatened ICE yesterday:

“Your day of reckoning will come motherf*ckers. I swear to God.”

This is the same Enrique Sanchez who got arrested for drunken driving. During the entire interrogation he kept stuttering.

At one point he asked if he could just refuse the sobriety test and take an Uber home. The officer shut him down: “You can deny the test, but you aren’t taking an Uber.”

The officer also had to tell him multiple times to take his hands out of his pockets.

Prosecutors later dismissed the criminal DUI charge after he pleaded guilty to refusing the breathalyzer.
