This is unfortunate and disturbing. We have purchased several cars from @BommaritoAuto and if this is how they treat one of the leading scientists in the US - I can take our business elsewhere. Thanks for the info

Friday, we drove my @audi in to @BommaritoAuto for an oil change & have a diagnostic of the suspension for whistling sound coming from the front wheel of the car. The car stayed overnight & we were provided a loaner.
