My heart cry Lord… Nothing will take your place…
PCOS has nothing to do with age.
It has nothing to do with abortions.
It has nothing to do with having multiple sexual partners.
We need to educate ourselves & stop trying to shame women who are suffering from it.
Men & women have almost equal rate of fertility issues.
End.
One of the craziest shit that can happen to you is making money only to use it to solve a serious health condition around you.
You gota stay smiling and hopeful but it drains you physically and mentally.
It’s a new month and if you're honest, you don't know how you're still standing. The first half tried you.
Bills that didn't ask permission before they came. People who looked like they were supposed to stay but left anyway.
We plentyyy
Business ventures that burned cash instead of making it. Prayers that felt like they were bouncing off the ceiling and coming back unanswered. You made it to July anyway - maybe tired, sometimes discouraged, but still here. So now somebody wants you to believe that this month is different.
That something shifts between June 30 and July 1. You want to believe it too. You want to walk into a month where God finally answers, where the money finally comes, where for once, the plan actually works.
Here's the truth: God didn't wait for a new month to become able. He was able all through those months when it felt like He wasn't doing anything.
He's still able now. Not because July
is special but because he is.
Jeremiah 32:27.
When Jeremiah bought a field with his own money while Jerusalem sat under siege and Babylon's army camped outside the wall, it looked like the most foolish investment in history - buying property in a city about to fall.
In the middle of that madness, all he could pray was that nothing was too hard for God. Not because the circumstances had changed. Because he knew who he was talking to.
That's the "nothing is impossible" you've been quoting since Sunday school. Luke 1:37 wasn't said to someone in comfortable circumstances. It was said to a virgin about to carry a child she had no biological way of carrying, and about an old woman who had stopped hoping for a womb that worked.
God didn't wait for the situation to become reasonable before He moved.
He specializes in what's already been written off.
Luke 1:37, 1 Samuel 1:5-11.
So whatever July is asking you to believe for - the job, the visa, the child, the business that refuses to break even, the marriage that looks like it's asking for a miracle just to survive the year - you're
not asking God to do something outside his range.
You're asking him to do what He's always done: what nobody else could.
Now here's the part they don't put on the flyer. Psalm 37 doesn't promise you won't stumble this month. It says the steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord, and though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down - because God holds him up by the hand.
Falling isn't the disqualifier. Staying down is. And Jude closes his whole letter reminding the church that God is able to keep them from falling and present them faultless - not because they were flawless, but because he was holding.Every mercy you're walking into this month is new. Not a continuation of June's failures, not a balance
carried forward from a bad first half of the year. His compassions fail not — they are new every
morning. That's not a slogan. That's a fresh account, opened today, funded by His faithfulness and
not your performance. So light the anointing oil if you want to. Post the caption. Just don't let the ritual
replace the relationship. The God who Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego trusted before they even
knew if He'd show up is the same God walking into July with you — able, whether or not you've seen
it work yet. Nothing is impossible for Him. And He's not about to let you fall in the month you finally
decided to trust Him.
Lamentations 3:22-23 • Daniel 3:16-18
Happy new month.
The Jacob Generation
Recently, I was seated with my friend and some of his female friends. One of them posed a question.
"If your house is on fire and you have about 3 mins to recover anything, what would you recover."
My friend: if there is no human being that need rescuing, just my UNIBEN certificate and Call to Bar certificate.
Me: That makes sense.
Her: I don't understand. Is that all?
Me: Only reason for even rescuing the certificate is that UNIBEN would take forever to issue you a new one. My UK masters, if I send a mail, I'll get a new one within the week.
Her: what if you have cash or something expensive that can be rescued? What is wrong with men?
Me: You are talking to the wrong people. If it cost money, it is not a problem. I'm not entering fire unless to rescue a human being.
My friend: (laughing) as in ehn. You no go understand. Shebi it is money, no wahala na. You'll make it back. Even if you don't make it back, no wahala.
Her: *puts her hand on her head, confused.*
One of the hardest thing about the waiting season is that you never know how close or how far your breakthrough is. All you can do is pray for the staying power.
