Okay…quick story of how I got scammed 😭so I wanted to get a passport asap right…but on the DHA app I was having issues with getting my OTP. They’d send it but it didn’t get to my phone. So i quickly rushed to google to find FNB’s number so I can just call them and ask if they can assist simce they also do DHA services. Aike that’s the number I found 😭I called and the guy said everyone is actually experiencing this issue so I should give him my ID number, email address and phone number so he can book for me. I did exactly that and I got a booking confirmation 😭then I had to pay the R600 amount 😭tbh that’s where I was supposed to see that I’m being taken for a ride cause how tf will I do a passport via FNB and be given banking details from DISCOVERY!!!😭😭I proceed to make payment and this person kept on saying I must make it an immediate payment 😭nami ngenza i payshap 😭 and even went as far as saying “Thank you”😭it was only this morning I realised that I was scammed cause someone at work was asking regarding home affairs and ID booking 😭I then searched the number via Truecaller and my screen was RED😭bathi it’s a scam and the comments under 😭🕊️ I’ll quote this with i conversation yami nalomlisa and more pictures 😔🕊️
