- the members have notified 100 ("the company") of their contract termination on FEBRUARY 10, 2026 due to violation of the contract and the damage of the trust they have. and ACCORDINGLY, the contracts have then been terminated and are no longer valid.

- after the settlement the artists received on the 2nd Quarter of 2025, the company have not been able to pay the artists any proper settlement since JULY 2025

- despite the artist's continuous requests to see basic records such as the contract, the company refused these requests without any justifiable reasons

- recent news also have revealed that advanced payments in millions of won have been made for the artist's activites and the company did not provide any justifiable reason and explanation as to why they haven't paid their settlements with the artists.
