built a TLDR section for Syntackle that uses on-device Gemini models in Chrome to summarize the entire article.

had fun using the summarizer API of which is available for chrome versions 138 and above. this is one of the many use cases of on-device AI and will only improve in the future. excited to try the Prompt API next which is only available for chrome extensions for now.
