Instead of using ice and sugar for southern sweet tea, I use slices of frozen fruit and allulose. Then my fat ass can preach healthy dieting habits to people who absolutely would not want to look anything like me.

I threw a whole bunch of keto bread out in the yard because it was getting a little weird/stale.

Is there something we should know?
When you’re hungry and trying to decide what to eat it can easy to forget how so many foods you love are a debt against your health that can be almost impossible to repay. Some diets lead to a healthier and longer life but that doesn’t overcome the desire to be happy right now.
I know everybody is preparing to be a gluttonous garbage gobbler tomorrow but I think we should all remember what’s really important; we don’t need to wait until Thanksgiving for an excuse to be gluttons.
