They'll change their incompetent procedures pronto, retrain officers, or yank the cameras down asap. You fix the financial liability to the inflection point.

Let them chase costs from noncompliant customers in charge-backs and penalties.

@chinmarinero @JasonBassler1 An attorney would likely advise that Flock has to be charged. They're the service provider at the point of interaction. They developed the tech and workflow. If they start shelling out $, they're incentivized to fix their broken workflow and update contracts to penalize lax LEO.

"Oh, the company put them up and runs them - we just arrest 'catch and release' the folks they give us to chase."
