On that day she did not have the dog chained up, he was just in her hard, the postal worker approached to deliver the mail and the dog lunged at him.

Most postal workers carry mace just for this occasion and maced the dog. The woman is very upset and appalled that anyone would mace her dog like that. She’s talking about suing the post office. If this was your dog would you take legal action or is it possible the owner of this dog is liable for not controlling her dog?
