@johmanx10 It’s really tricky to start with, and I think you need to be genetically suited to it. My friend is the same, she has major issues with low carb.

Personally I do intermittent fasting as well and it’s been an interesting experience, even though I can’t handle more than 24 hours at a time. It’s an option for people who have gut issues.
These days, keto is just the way I eat. I don't think about it much. I'm never hungry, I eat when I like, and I have no guilt for what I put in my mouth.
It has given me freedom and peace I never thought I'd have.
